A 35-year industry veteran, Tulsa Power, headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, manufactures specialty, proprietary, branded material handling equipment used in the manufacturing and handling of wire, cable, hose, pipe, tube and other flexible materials. End users include cable and wire manufacturers and distributors, and equipment manufacturers that incorporate Tulsa Power components into their products (e.g., construction, mining and drilling equipment manufacturers).

Tulsa Power services the oil and gas, marine, telecom, power, hose, pipe, tube and wire rope industries. Products include drill line spoolers, wireline units, umbilical reels, raw water reels, the Reel Thing®, cablers, take-ups, and general spoolers.

acquires American Turf & Carpet, LLC (ATC)

Signature Fencing & Flooring Systems has completed its second acquisition since partnering with Dubin Clark & Company, acquiring American Turf & Carpet (ATC).

American Turf & Carpet is a leading provider of turf and carpet to the special events and tent rental industry. ATC offers event turf, event carpet, logo carpet, tape, installation services, sub-rental of plastic flooring, and other specialized event floor coverings. Many prestigious events use ATC-supplied carpet and most top-tier rental companies are customers.

The entire ATC team will be joining the Signature team and the companies will offer each others products and services through a network of five warehouses and manufacturing facilities.

Sentient Medical Systems has completed its first acquisition since partnering with Dubin Clark & Company, acquiring Neuro IOM Services (f/k/a Neurometrics) .

Headquartered in Lake Worth, Florida, Neuro IOM Services provides intra-operative monitoring (IOM) services for orthopedic and neurosurgical surgery cases. The company operates entirely within the State of Florida where it has a dominant share of the hospital market in the southern and central portions of the State.

Action Target, Inc., founded in 1986 and headquartered in Provo, Utah, has grown to be the largest independent shooting range equipment provider in the United States.

The Company designs, engineers, manufactures and installs shooting range equipment primarily for law enforcement, military and, to a smaller extent, commercial ranges around the world.  Action Target provides a total shooting range solution, using its expertise to engineer and install its products, including steel targets, bullet traps, shoothouses, turning targets, reactive steel targets, moving targets, line-of-fire instant shooting ranges and more.

The Connecticut Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth brought together some of the State's leading investors and lenders to celebrate their first Deal Awards, recognizing some of the year's top transactions.  Dubin Clark was honored with two awards at this gathering held on February 1, 2008.

Among the awards presented was the "Top Deal of 2007" representing a deal in which the most Association members participated towards completion.  The winner was a deal that closed in February 2007 featuring Dubin Clark taking a controlling interest in Signature Systems, LLC.

Bill was part of the Dubin Clark family for the last fourteen years and was one of the most ethical, forthright, and caring individuals we have ever met. We were all obviously shocked and devastated by this news. Bill was an integral member of our team and will be deeply missed. Sentient also provides neurological and neurovascular diagnostic testing in doctors' offices, hospitals and nursing facilities.  These testing services, which are provided by the Company's technicians on an outsourced basis, are expected to grow rapidly in the near term.

The Company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Maryland.  Currently, Sentient is providing services in 24 states.

B&M Racing & Performance Products completed its second acquisition within eighteen months of partnering with Dubin Clark & Company, acquiring the Hurst Shifters unit of Mr. Gasket, Inc.

Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Hurst manufactures quality-engineered shifters, accessories and transmission controls for the high-performance aftermarket. Hurst products are used in drag racing, street rods, circle track and street machines.

B&M Racing & Performance Products, Inc. is headquartered in Chatsworth (Los Angeles), California and designs, manufactures and markets performance and racing drivetrain products and accessories. The Company markets its products under the widely known B&M brand and holds a dominant or market leading position in most of the niche product categories in which it operates.

Over the past 50 years, B&M has built a highly recognizable and trusted brand that auto enthusiasts seek out for their parts. The Company has a wide distribution network, including five separate channels, for reaching its enthusiast customers.

Dubin Clark plans to back the Company’s current management team, with the addition of Nate Shelton (a veteran operator within the Company’s sector), in an aggressive growth strategy for B&M focused on both organic and acquisition opportunities.

Dubin Clark and management acquired Southland Log Homes in 1999. At the time, Southland had two regional sales offices and a headquarters in Irmo, South Carolina. Together with management, we were successful in more than quadrupling the business to thirteen sales offices in five states and two manufacturing plants.

After exceeding our initial growth objectives, Dubin Clark and management then came to the conclusion that the time had come to find another partner for Southland, one that would continue to finance the significant future growth that was planned. Accordingly, a sale by Dubin Clark to Arcapita Bank B.S.C. (formerly Crescent Capital Investments) closed in February 2005.

Classic Party Rentals completed its third and fourth acquisitions since partnering with Dubin Clark & Company - acquiring Regal Rents and sister company Tri-Rentals.

acquires Sooner Trailer Manufacturing Company

Sooner Trailer Manufacturing Co., founded in 1956 and based in Duncan, Oklahoma, is one of the country's leading designers and manufacturers of horse and livestock trailers.

The party continues as Dubin Clark completed its fourth acquisition in 15 months with Classic Party Rentals acquiring Sisters Party Rentals in South San Francisco.

Sisters Party Rentals, founded in 1994, has been a leading supplier of specialty china, flatware, glassware and accessories for special events in the San Francisco Bay area. Classic will consolidate Sisters' operations into its Redwood City location, with plans to move to a new warehouse in Burlingame within three to six months. "Sisters and Classic are two companies focused on service, quality and variety," said John Moran, Classic's President. "We will take very good care of Sisters' customers and enhance our company's overall offerings."
