He has successfully consummated more than forty middle-market transactions with an aggregate value of more than $1 billion. Prior to joining Dubin Clark in 1997, Tom was a partner at TCW Capital, a $750 million private equity and mezzanine fund. While there, he completed numerous acquisitions in a variety of industries and was responsible for a diverse portfolio of companies. Previously, Tom was a member of GE Capital's Corporate Finance Group, involved in the financing of a series of middle-market leveraged buyouts. He is currently responsible for the new business activities of Dubin Clark, from sourcing and negotiating, through closing of standalone and add-on acquisitions. Tom is also actively involved with several Dubin Clark portfolio companies. Tom received a B.S. from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. An avid sportsman, fisherman and boater, Tom and his wife enjoy their home in Connecticut with their three sons.
pados@dubinclark.com Tel: 203/629-2030 x229 Frank Pados has more than thirty-five years of experience investing in a variety of economic conditions and changing financial markets, and has a strong knowledge of a broad variety of industries including consumer goods, retail, communications, service providers and basic manufacturing. Prior to joining Dubin Clark in 2003, Frank was an EVP and Head of Private Equity at Desai Capital Management, Inc. in New York, where he was responsible for private equity investments of funds managed by the firm. New investments during this time exceeded $500 million and the portfolio exceeded $1 billion. Previously, Frank served as Managing Director and Co-Founding Partner at TCW Capital in New York, where he successfully raised, invested, and managed three private institutional funds totaling $750 million. Frank also served as SVP and Manager of Securities Division of Teachers Insurance and Annuity in New York, where he was responsible for a $7.5 billion private placement portfolio. Frank received a B.A. in Economics from Boston College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, after receipt of which he served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Frank enjoys soccer, college sports and golf. He and his wife have four children and reside in New Jersey.

Brent is Chairman of PVB Capital LLC, a private investment firm he founded. While at PVB Capital, Brent led the sourcing, financing and execution of Quest Drape, a premier national provider of high-quality, event draping and continues to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors and oversees the organic and acquisition growth strategy. Prior to Dubin Clark, Brent was an Associate for investment banking firm Latek Capital Corp and, during business school, worked as an Analyst with money management firms Waveland Capital Management and Brinson Partners. Brent has a CPA and served as an Accounting Manager for money management firm Grosvenor Capital Management and as a Senior Tax Accountant for public accounting firm Altschuler, Melvoin & Glasser, which is now part of McGladrey & Pullen LLP. Brent received a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University School of Business in 1992 and an M.B.A. in Finance & Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1999. Brent serves on Board of Directors of Quest Drape, Signature Systems, and Association for Corporate Growth. Brent and his wife have three children.

a dozen transactions in the middle market. At Dubin Clark, Michael
analyzes and executes on new business opportunities, including sourcing,
negotiating and closing platform and add-on acquisitions, and works with
management to support the growth of current portfolio companies. Prior to
Dubin Clark, Michael was a member of the General Electric Financial
Management Program within Commercial Finance, where he spent time working
in aviation finance, equipment finance, investor relations and sponsor
finance. Michael earned a B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum
laude, with a focus in finance from American University, and is a CFA
charter holder. Outside the office, Michael enjoys playing golf, reading,
and traveling. He and his wife reside in Brooklyn, New York.

marketing-oriented entrepreneur who has started and built several private
companies, including Office Canteens, Inc., which subsequently merged into
International Foodservice Systems. Ron continued on as President of Office
Canteens, President of the food service division of IFS, and as a Director
of the parent company, which he helped take public shortly thereafter. Ron
also started a trading company, Dolphin World Trade, and later acquired
control of a public company, Locke Mowers, and served as its President
while restoring profitability. Ron has had a career of guiding companies
to compete successfully for market share against larger corporations. He
received a B.A. from Williams College and subsequently served in the U.S.
Air Force. Outside of Dubin Clark, Ron serves as a Director of The Santa
Fe Opera and The School of American Research. He enjoys aviating, skiing
and golf. Ron and his wife have six children and reside in Connecticut,
with a second home in

Prior to joining Dubin Clark, Tom spent most of his business career working in and running a wide range of small to medium-sized manufacturing companies. These include Albany International, where he was Group President of three companies that manufactured precision rubber belting, high-strength composite materials, and plastic injection molded products; Poly-Hi, Inc., a large producer of engineered plastic products; Schmidt Industries, a specialty plastics fabricator; and Acushnet Company, a precision manufacturer of molded rubber products. Tom received a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Cornell University (where he currently serves on the Executive Committee of the University's Board of Trustees) and subsequently served in the U.S. Army. Tom and his wife Nancy have three grown children (all Cornell graduates) and share a home in New York State. An ardent outdoors man, when Tom has spare time, he and his wife may be found at their sheep farm and cheese company in Old Chatham, New York.
